Founded in 2020, Tandem Online is an independently-funded Web Design and Online Marketing agency based in Reading, Berkshire.
Our team is made up from a diverse group, each coming from backgrounds in on-line and off-line marketing and bringing with them decades of ideas and experience.
Over the short time of its existence, Tandem Online has already developed dozens of websites for clients and has helped each of them to establish a solid online presence via the Social Media, Online Advertising and Search Engine Marketing.

Scott Lewis (Business Development Director)
Based in Reading, Scott has been working in Sales and Marketing for over four decades, both at the sharp end and as a business owner/manager.
He spent his early working years in the traditional off-line world of PR, Advertising, Direct Marketing and Sales Promotion, then moved into Web Design, SEO, PPC and Social Media Marketing as the internet became more prevalent.
His contacts throughout the UK marketing services industry are vast and he always seems to “know a man who can”. This philosophy has been crucial in building the services which we now have to offer.
Nick Harding (Technical Director)
Nick Harding is a young dynamic web developer who has been working in a number of service industries for the last fifteen years.
With a range of experience working in WordPress, Joomla, html, CSS and more, Nick and his team are well suited to bring you the best of what Tandem have to offer.
Nick heads up our website design team and also takes care of all our online web-related technical matters.
Edward (Social Media Specialist)
Edward is a smart guy with a real enthusiasm for our business. He is technically minded and loves tinkering with new widgets and online services.
Edward heads up our Social Media Marketing team, constantly devising and testing new campaign strategies on Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, Linked In, Youtube and Tik Tok.
David White (SEO Guru)
David White was one of the founding fathers of SEO, way before the term was even invented. He started and ran one of the UK’s first Search Engibe Marketing agencies (Weboptimiser) before semi-retiring to run his own small consultancy. We are delighted to have him on board as a mentor and “big ideas” guy.
Matt Brown (Head of SEO)
Matt is the head of our SEO team, conducting website audits, analysing competition, monitoring Google’s algorithm changes and devising strategies for our clients so they stay on page 1 for all of their important search terms.
Tom Shah (Head of PPC)
